Terms of sale

Last updated October 24, 2026

About these terms

These terms apply when you use lirajewels.com or the Lira Jewels app, or buy from Lira Jewels, which is operated by Sam LawCloud L.L.C. in California. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

You need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Pieces and descriptions

Our pieces are made with natural stones, pearls and shell, so color, pattern and size vary a little from piece to piece and from the photographs. Measurements are approximate. Where a material isn't certain, we describe it as plainly as we can; if anything about a piece matters to you, ask before you order.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars and shown before sales tax. Sales tax, where we must collect it, and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.

Your order is accepted when we email your confirmation. If a piece sells out, or a price, description or promotion was listed in error, we may cancel the order (even after confirming it); we'll tell you and refund anything you paid for it.

We may limit quantities, and may decline or cancel orders that look fraudulent or are placed for resale.

Promo codes

A promo code takes money off the pieces in your order, not shipping or sales tax. One code can be used per order. Codes have no cash value, can't be added to an order after it's placed, and may have a minimum order, an end date or a limit on how many times they can be used; the details are those shown when the code is offered.

We may end a promotion at any time, and may cancel a code, or an order that used it, if the code was obtained or used in a way it wasn't offered for. If you return a piece from a discounted order, the refund is what you actually paid for it.

Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. We never see or store your card details.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States, as described on our Support page. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery dates are estimates. If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll resend it or refund it as described on the Support page.

Returns

You can return pieces within 30 days of delivery under the returns policy on our Support page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google or Apple. Keep access to that email and those accounts secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may close accounts used to abuse the shop.

Using the site and app

Please don't use the shop to break the law, place fraudulent orders, interfere with how the site or app works, or copy the catalog by automated means. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Links to other sites, and services we rely on (such as Stripe for payment and Google or Apple for sign-in), are run by those companies under their own terms.

If you use our iPhone app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to it.

Our content

The photographs, text and brand on this site and in the app belong to Lira Jewels. Please don't reuse them without permission.

Liability

We work to keep the site and app accurate and available, but they're provided as they are, and we can't promise they'll always be free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California and of the United States. If something goes wrong, please write to [email protected] first; most problems can be put right quickly that way.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term straight away doesn't mean we've given it up.
