We ship from California to addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO. Prices are shown before sales tax. Where we are required to collect it, sales tax is calculated from your shipping address and shown at checkout before you pay.

30 days, unworn, in its box.
How to send a piece back
Return any piece unworn, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we'll send the return address. Return postage is yours to cover. Pierced earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or aren't what you ordered.
If it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered
Write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
When the refund arrives
Once your return reaches us, we refund the item price and the sales tax on it to your original payment method within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping charges aren't refunded. For a different size or stone, return the piece and place a new order.
If a parcel stops moving
If tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, write to us. We'll open a claim with the carrier and resend your order or refund it once the parcel is confirmed lost.
Care
Natural stones and pearls are softer than they look.
Put jewelry on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray, and take it off first, before swimming, showering or exercise.
Wipe pieces with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store them separately in their pouch so harder stones don't scratch softer ones.
Sterling silver darkens naturally with air; a silver polishing cloth brings it back.
Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for opal, pearl, shell and turquoise. Roll stretch bracelets on and off rather than pulling them.
Sizing
Necklace lengths are listed on each piece and include the extender where there is one. Bead bracelets are made to fit an average 6-6.5 in wrist; write to us before ordering if you need a different size.
