Delete your Lira Jewels account

Open the Lira Jewels app on iPhone or Android, go to the Account tab, tap Delete account at the bottom, and confirm. The account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Sign in at lirajewels.com/account, choose Delete account at the bottom of the page, and confirm.

If you can't sign in, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within 30 days.

Your account and the name and email on it, your saved addresses, your sign-ins on every device, any link to Sign in with Apple or Google, the notification tokens for your devices, your newsletter subscription, and the customer record Stripe keeps for us with your saved name and address.

Records of orders you placed (what was bought, the price, tax, shipping address and payment reference) are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually several years, and are then deleted. They are no longer linked to an account. Payment details are held by Stripe, not by us, under Stripe's own retention rules.

If you only want to stop email, use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter instead; your account stays as it is.
